Hello, I am Esther, the founder of Atochero Consulting. I am a sociologist and grant writer, using my skills to help organizations secure financial support.

My journey interacting with organizations and businesses began early at my parents’ dealership, where I spent my afternoons surrounded by agricultural machinery awaiting repair or sale. These experiences helped me to understand the need for financial planning for small organizations and businesses.

After arriving in Canada and completing my master’s degree, I settled in the Fraser Valley Region and founded Atochero Consulting to bridge the gap between public and private funding and SMEs.

With a strong foundation in research, organizational strategy and grant funding, my mission is simple: to empower entrepreneurs and organizations with the insights and support they need to make informed decisions when accessing funding opportunities.
